High Court Circuit Bench Expected in Mangaluru
Coastal Karnataka is set for a massive judicial upgrade as a High Court circuit bench is likely to begin functioning in Mangaluru by October.
This key development aims to decentralize the judiciary and provide easier legal recourse to citizens across the coastal belt, who previously had to travel long distances to Bengaluru.
Local legal fraternities have welcomed the move, noting that it will significantly reduce the backlog of regional cases and expedite the delivery of justice for thousands of litigants in neighboring districts.
