This Wednesday UP police officers fought against social evils. Village meetings held against child marriage and child labor in 20 districts. Begging mafia and drug trafficking cases reported for action. Colleges saw anti-drug and anti-online gambling campaigns.
Fake investment scam warnings given to public. Communal harmony meetings organized in sensitive areas. Officers intervened in 50+ cases to protect vulnerable people. “Clean Society, Safe UP” was the mission. Wednesday proved UP police serves society by removing darkness of social crimes.
