WB Ex-Cops: Empowering Women After Retirement Duty
WB police officers work for women empowerment across Bengal. Self-help groups get guidance on loans and skill training. Domestic violence victims receive counseling and legal support. Girls trained free in self-defense and karate classes. Schools host “Beti Bachao” awareness programs regularly.
Women entrepreneurs get business guidance and support. Over 50 women trained in tailoring and handicrafts for self-reliance. Though retired, they stand strong as protectors of women. Their mission is to build a safer and stronger Bengal for every woman and girl.
