This involves securing and maintaining robust digital highways, like the fiber-optic submarine cable network linking the region, alongside the development of seamless, high-speed transit corridors. By integrating logistics, energy, and digital bandwidth, the plan is to create a truly connected and efficient strategic hub in the Indian Ocean.
