పీపీపీ పద్ధతి అంటే అర్థం తెలియని జగన్ ప్రజల్ని తప్పుదారి పట్టిస్తున్నారు. నిజానికి పీపీపీ పద్దతిలో కట్టే మెడికల్ కాలేజీలతో పేదలకు ఎక్కువ మెడికల్ సీట్లు వస్తాయి. దేశంలో 70శాతం మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీలు పీపీపీ పద్ధతిలోనే ఉన్నాయి.
