హైదరాబాద్‌లో చాదర్‌ఘాట్ ప్రాంతంలో రెండు గుంపుల మధ్య ఘర్షణ చోటుచేసుకుంది. ప్రారంభంలో కొన్ని మాటల వివాదం కారణంగా పరిస్థితి అతి ఘోరంగా మారింది.

ఈ ఘర్షణలో ముగ్గురు వ్యక్తులు గాయపడ్డారు మరియు స్థానిక ఆసుపత్రిలో చికిత్స పొందుతున్నారు. పోలీసులు ఘటన స్థలానికి చేరుకుని పరిస్థితిని కట్టుబరిచారు మరియు విచారణ ప్రారంభించారు.

ప్రాంతీయ ప్రజలకు మరియు వెనక్కి వెళ్లే వాహనదారులకు జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలని అధికారులు సూచిస్తున్నారు.
