Cyber Skills Boost for Arunachal Youth: ArSRLM & NIIT Foundation Launch 'Cyber Security Plus'
Itanagar, July 16, 2025 – In a major push towards digital empowerment, the Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM) has signed an MoU with the NIIT Foundation to launch the Cyber Security Plus initiative. Rolled out through DDU-GKY and RSETI centers, this initiative aims to provide cybersecurity training and digital job opportunities to rural youth across the state. The collaboration was announced during the Ministry of Rural Development's performance review session and marks a critical step in enhancing digital literacy and employment readiness in remote regions.
