Follow the Correct Legal Process for Share Transfers
Share transfer is the legal process of transferring ownership of shares from one person or entity to another. To ensure compliance, companies must follow the prescribed procedure, including execution of a share transfer deed, payment of applicable stamp duty, submission of supporting documents, and approval by the company’s board where required.
