Meghalaya Boosts Employment and Entrepreneurship Growth
Meghalaya continues to promote employment and entrepreneurship through skill development, startup support, and MSME promotion across key sectors such as tourism, agriculture, handicrafts, and digital services. The state is encouraging youth and women entrepreneurs through business incubation, financial assistance, and market linkage initiatives.
Efforts are also focused on strengthening vocational training, improving access to credit, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities in both urban and rural areas.
