HSBC Signs 1.2M Sq Ft Office Deal in Bengaluru ORR Deal

HSBC has signed a long-term pre-lease agreement with Prestige Group for over 1.2 million square feet of office space in Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road corridor. This transaction is one of the largest commercial real estate deals in 2026.

This highlights strong demand for Grade A office spaces in India’s tech and finance hubs, reinforcing Bengaluru’s position as a global corporate destination and enabling consolidation of HSBC operations across multiple offices into a single modern workplace campus in the region today
