Assam to Launch State-Owned OTT Platform Initiative
The Assam government has taken a significant step toward strengthening the state's digital and cultural ecosystem by awarding a mandate to develop and operate an official state-owned OTT platform. The initiative is designed to showcase Assamese culture, regional cinema, local talent, and diverse forms of digital content while providing creators with a dedicated platform to reach wider audiences.
