Five Killed in Tragic East Kameng Gorge Accident
A devastating road accident occurred in Arunachal Pradesh's East Kameng district yesterday, when a commercial vehicle veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge near Pagaso Stream. According to local reports, five individuals tragically lost their lives at the scene. One passenger survived the fall with critical injuries and was immediately rushed to the nearest medical facility for urgent treatment. Rescue operations were hampered by the challenging, steep terrain and dense vegetation. Local authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the tragic incident.
