Police Book Four After Car Chase and Minor Assault
The Fatorda Police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against four individuals following a violent confrontation in Borda. The accused reportedly chased down a vehicle, intercepted it to wrongfully restrain the passengers inside, and physically assaulted a minor boy. Law enforcement authorities have booked the four individuals under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) alongside the stringent provisions of the Goa Children’s Act. An investigation is underway to track down the suspects and establish the exact motive behind the high-speed pursuit and subsequent attack.
