Citizens across Gujarat are facing intense inflationary pressure today as fuel prices hiked for the fourth time in just ten days.

Today's steep rise saw petrol prices jump by ₹2.61 per liter and diesel by ₹2.71 per liter. With this latest surge, petrol has officially crossed the ₹100-per-liter mark in major state capitals, while diesel hovers around ₹96.

Local businesses and daily commuters are raising sharp concerns over the direct impact this will have on essential commodity prices across the state.
