అన్నమయ్య జిల్లా కేంద్రంగా మదనపల్లిని ప్రకటించిన నేపథ్యంలో, కలెక్టర్ నిశాంత్ కుమార్ సోమవారం మినీ స్టేడియం నిర్మాణానికి అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. మదనపల్లి ఎమ్మెల్యే షాజహాన్ భాష కలెక్టర్‌తో సమావేశమై నిర్మాణ పనులు, స్థల పరిశీలన, ఇతర అంశాలపై చర్చించారు. ఎమ్మెల్యే మాట్లాడుతూ, కలెక్టర్ నిర్మాణ పనులకు సుముఖంగా ఉన్నారని, ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధంగా ఉంటాయని, మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ కూడా ఈ పరిశీలనలో భాగం కావాలని సూచించారు.
