ప్రత్తిపాడు మండలం,కోయవారిపాలెం గ్రామం నందు ఆర్ & బి రోడ్డు నుండి వినాయకుని గుడి వరకు సిసి రోడ్డు రూ.8 లక్షల వ్యయంతో నిర్మించిన ప్రారంభోత్సవం మరియు మొక్కలు నాటే కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొన్న గౌరవ ప్రత్తిపాడు నియోజకవర్గ శాసనసభ్యులు డా.బూర్ల రామాంజనేయులు గారు.
