The Himachal Pradesh High Court has temporarily halted toll collection at the Sanwara toll plaza on the Parwanoo-Shimla highway due to the road’s deteriorating condition.
This suspension will remain in effect until 30 October, allowing authorities time to address safety concerns and carry out repairs.
Commuters are advised to plan their journeys carefully and stay informed about road updates to avoid inconvenience. The decision emphasizes the importance of safe and reliable travel infrastructure in the region.
