Gujarat Advances Digital Governance and Citizen Services
Gujarat continues to strengthen digital governance by expanding online public services, improving e-governance platforms, and enhancing transparency in government administration. Citizens can increasingly access services such as certificates, utility payments, land records, grievance redressal, and welfare schemes through integrated digital portals and mobile applications.
The state is also promoting digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data-driven governance to improve service delivery and administrative efficiency. These initiatives aim to reduce paperwork, save time, increase accountability, and make government services more accessible, inclusive, and responsive for people across Gujarat.
