UP Cops Today: Mentors For Next Generation Officers
Wednesday saw retired and senior UP police officers mentoring new recruits. At training centers, they shared real case studies and field investigation tips. Crowd control, FIR filing, and public behavior skills taught practically.
700+ new constables attended stress management and human rights sessions. Women safety and cyber crime modules explained by experienced officers. “Experience guides new khaki” was the theme.
