WB Ex-Police: Green Warriors Protecting Environment
Retired WB police officers are now environmental guardians. Under “Sabuj Bengal” mission, they planted 20,000+ saplings and ensure their care. They volunteer in Ganga and pond cleaning programs. Markets see their plastic-ban awareness campaigns. Eco club programs run in schools under their leadership.
They visit houses to educate people on rainwater harvesting and waste segregation. “Police for People, Police for Planet” is their new slogan. Because of their efforts, Bengal is getting greener and cleaner every single day.
