Higher education in Jammu and Kashmir is undergoing a major transformation with a strong focus on digital literacy and specialized skill development.
In a landmark collaboration with Intel, the University of Kashmir recently hosted a comprehensive digital readiness workshop designed to equip students with critical tech skills. Simultaneously, the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST-K) launched an Advanced Economic Modeling Program aimed at fostering cutting-edge research. Together, these modern academic initiatives represent a significant leap forward in preparing local youth for a rapidly evolving global workforce and digital economy.
