Telangana Strengthens Urban Infrastructure Development
Telangana continues to enhance urban infrastructure through major investments in road networks, flyovers, drainage systems, public transport, and smart city initiatives. Hyderabad remains at the forefront with the Strategic Road Development Programme (SRDP), metro rail expansion, and improved traffic management to ease congestion.
The state is also upgrading water supply, sewage treatment, solid waste management, and urban green spaces to improve quality of life. These projects support sustainable urban growth, strengthen connectivity, attract investments, and create more livable, resilient cities across Telangana.
