UP Expands Digital Governance and Citizen Services
Uttar Pradesh continues to strengthen digital governance by expanding online public services and improving citizen-centric administration. Government departments are increasingly offering digital platforms for certificates, land records, grievance redressal, utility payments, and other essential services, reducing paperwork and improving transparency.
The state is also promoting e-office systems, digital payment solutions, and integrated service portals to enhance administrative efficiency. These initiatives aim to make governance more accessible, accountable, and time-efficient while supporting the broader vision of a digitally empowered and technology-driven Uttar Pradesh.
