Strengthening the Roots: ₹330 Crore Boost for Education
The Gujarat Education Department has officially sanctioned ₹330 crore to overhaul school infrastructure across the state. This massive initiative focuses on constructing 108 new government schools, with a strategic emphasis on tribal and special focus areas. Ahmedabad Rural alone will see 14 new institutions. By prioritizing modern school buildings and safety standards aligned with GSDMA norms, the state is ensuring that every child, regardless of their geography, has access to world-class learning environments and a brighter future.
