Dhan Bahadur Rana, affectionately known as “Daju,” retired after 30 years of dedicated service in Arunachal Pradesh’s forest department.
Serving in the Dibang Territorial Division and Mehao Wildlife Sanctuary Division, he became a respected figure among forest staff, researchers, and travelers.
Renowned for his commitment to conservation and warm hospitality, Rana has left a lasting legacy at Mehao Wildlife Sanctuary, inspiring colleagues and visitors alike to value wildlife protection and sustainable forestry practices.
