Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel Appointed as Manipur's New Chief Secretary

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has named Dr. Puneet Kumar Goel as the new Chief Secretary of Manipur. A 1991-batch IAS officer from the AGMUT cadre, Dr. Goel brings decades of administrative experience to the role, taking charge at a crucial time for the state.
