Modernizing Police Lines: Upgrading Bihar’s Infrastructure
The Bihar Police force is undergoing a massive infrastructural transformation aimed at drastically improving the welfare and operational efficiency of its personnel. Launched between late 2025 and early 2026, this extensive modernization drive focuses on equipping police lines across the state with 14 essential amenities.
From the introduction of childcare crèches and fully equipped gyms to the construction of state-of-the-art barracks, the initiative prioritizes the mental and physical well-being of the officers. By creating a supportive work environment, this upgrade ensures the force remains highly motivated, healthy, and prepared to tackle modern law enforcement challenges effectively.
