Today TN traffic police focused on saving lives on roads. School zones in Chennai, Salem, Tiruppur managed with discipline during peak hours. Helmet and seat belt awareness given to 4000+ riders. Drunk driving checks conducted with breath analyzers. Accident black spots identified and marked for repair.
Zebra crossings repainted for pedestrian safety. Students took road safety pledge in schools. “Drive Slow, Reach Home” was the slogan. TN police proved safety is also service. Fewer accidents today due to their vigilance and public cooperation.
