UP RERA Approves ₹1,278 Crore Housing Projects

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 10 new housing projects across four districts, involving a total investment of ₹1,278 crore. The approvals are expected to accelerate residential development and strengthen the state's real estate sector.
