VB-G RAM G Act: Boost to Rural Employment Starts Today
The 'Vikshit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar and Aajivika Mission (Gramin)' (VB-G RAM G) Act has officially come into force as of July 1, 2026.
This landmark legislative move significantly strengthens the Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme by increasing daily wages and extending the guaranteed annual working days to 125.
