Tamil Nadu Rolls Out Major ₹12,642 Crore Rural Scheme
The Tamil Nadu government has officially launched the ambitious Vikshit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission Gramin (VB-G RAM G) , marking a significant milestone in the state's rural development agenda. With a total outlay of ₹12,642 crore, this initiative aims to bolster rural livelihoods and employment opportunities.
The project operates on a collaborative 60:40 funding model between the Union and State governments, ensuring robust financial backing.
