Five IAF Heroes Killed in AN-32 Crash at Jorhat, Assam
The nation mourns the tragic crash of an IAF AN-32 transport aircraft at Assam's Jorhat Air Force Station. The jet crashed while attempting to land during a routine sortie, killing all five personnel aboard: Squadron Leader Prashant Singh, Flight Lieutenant Shubham Kumar, Sergeant Jitendra Sharma, Agniveervayu Khemaram Kumawat, and Agniveervayu Danish Alam. Their remains were transported to their hometowns with full military honors. A formal investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the fatal crash.
