Orange Alert: Dust Storms and Haze Grip the Capital
Residents woke up to a haze-filled morning as the IMD issued an orange alert for Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. A massive dust storm, following a series of intense weather shifts, has swept across the NCR with winds reaching up to 100 km/hr earlier this week.
While the mercury hovers around 35°C, the sudden atmospheric turbulence has disrupted local commutes and flight operations at IGI Airport. Authorities advise staying indoors as the region battles this seasonal "yellow haze" and unpredictable thunder-squalls
