The Lands and Plots in KPHB has been sold out in higher rates. The flat of 1400 sft has costed around 1.10 Crores. Through the total 12 Assets of the properties the govt has earned Rs. 24.26 Crores amd through open lands the govt has earned Rs 15.81 Crores.
