Ladakh High Court Refuses Bail in Narco‑Terrorism Juvenile Case
On July 16, 2025, the Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh High Court denied bail to a juvenile implicated in a narco‑terrorism case. Although under 18 at the time of arrest, the Juvenile Justice Board assessed that the severity of the charges and his maturity warranted trial as an adult.
