In a major boost for job seekers, the Karnataka Cabinet has approved a massive recruitment drive to fill 72,186 vacant government posts. To ensure transparency and speed, the state government has mandated a strict six-month deadline for the entire process.
Departments must issue recruitment notifications within two months, conduct examinations within four months, and finalize appointment orders within six months. Senior Additional Chief Secretaries have been specifically assigned to closely monitor the execution, ensuring that departments adhere to this accelerated timeline without any administrative delays.
