Landslide Hits Yazali Stone Plant; 4 Workers Injured
A devastating landslide struck the residential camps of the D&L Stone Crusher Plant near Yazali, leaving four laborers from Assam injured. The disaster completely severed local road connectivity and knocked out mobile networks, creating a challenging rescue environment.
Demonstrating incredible resilience, co-workers immediately dug through the debris to pull the victims out before official emergency teams could arrive. With communication cut off, local villagers stepped in to manually carry the injured workers across treacherous terrain to ensure they received urgent medical attention.
