Arunachal LGBTQ+ Youths Complete IHM Culinary Training
Four youths from AP QueerStation in Arunachal Pradesh have successfully completed an intensive culinary and bakery entrepreneurship training program at the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) in Kolkata. This initiative was specifically aimed at boosting livelihood opportunities and fostering financial independence within the marginalized community.
By equipping these young individuals with professional baking and culinary skills, the program empowers them to explore sustainable career paths and entrepreneurial ventures. This milestone highlights a positive step toward inclusivity, skill development, and equal economic opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community in the region.
