Rajasthan Advances Urban Development and Smart Cities
Rajasthan is accelerating urban development through smart city projects, modern infrastructure, and sustainable planning across major cities such as Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, and Jodhpur. Ongoing initiatives focus on improving roads, public transport, water supply, sanitation, solid waste management, green spaces, and digital public services.
The state is also promoting energy-efficient infrastructure, affordable housing, and integrated urban mobility to enhance the quality of life for residents. These development efforts are strengthening economic activity, attracting investment, and supporting sustainable urban growth across Rajasthan through June 2026.
