DNH & DD Powers Ahead in School Performance Index
The Union Ministry of Education has released its Performance Grading Index (PGI 2.0) report for school education.
Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu secured a spot in the prestigious 'Prachesta-2' tier, performing on par with major states like Delhi, Kerala, and Maharashtra.
The index evaluates key indicators such as learning outcomes, digital access, infrastructure, and governance. This achievement underscores the UT Administration’s sustained focus on modernizing classrooms, expanding teacher training, and narrowing urban-rural educational disparities across the region.
