Bastar’s Transformation: Education Cities Take Shape
Progress reports released today highlight the rapid construction of the ambitious "Education Cities" in Abujhmad and Jagargunda.
Part of the Vishnu Deo Sai government’s "SANKALP" budget, these hubs aim to provide world-class schooling and vocational training in formerly sensitive zones.
With an investment of ₹100 crore, the project is seen as a cornerstone for long-term peace in Bastar. Local tribal youth are also gearing up for the upcoming "Bastar Olympics," a state-led initiative to scout athletic talent from the hinterlands.
