Tense Standoff at Gujarat College Over Veg/Non-Veg Food
A controversy has sparked student protests at a Gujarat college after both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals were found being prepared and served together in the canteen. Citing cultural beliefs and cross-contamination risks, a large student group is demanding complete physical separation of the food areas. One student emphasized that while they respect diverse dietary choices, intermingling the food is unhygienic and unacceptable.
